Trauma-Informed Counselling
& Wellness

Healing isn't about going back, it's about moving forward.

Integrative, person-centred support to help you understand what has shaped you, build on your strengths, and navigate what comes next.

A Whole-Person Approach

You are more than your thoughts, symptoms, or the experiences that have shaped you. I believe meaningful healing considers the whole person: mind, body, relationships, culture, environment, and lived experience.

My approach brings together counselling, mindfulness, and mind-body practices to create support that is collaborative, compassionate, and responsive to you. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all path, we work together to understand where you are, what you need, and where you hope to go.
